We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to fill the role of English-Speaking Customer Service Representative with AI Skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering 5-star customer experiences via email and phone, utilizing our AI-powered translation tools to communicate effectively with customers worldwide. Your expertise will also be instrumental in testing and optimizing our AI tools, ensuring seamless workflows and agent efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via email and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Utilize AI-powered translation tools to support multiple languages and break language barriers, enabling effective communication with customers worldwide
- Collaborate with our team to test and optimize AI tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process enhancements
- Work closely with our AI team to develop and refine AI setups, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality in customer support
- Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting performance targets and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Fluent English: Native-level English language skills, both written and spoken, to ensure flawless communication with our team and customers
- Time Zone Fit: Residency in a GMT+5, +6, +7, or +8 time zone, with at least 3 hours of overlap with our office hours in Denmark
- Customer Service Experience: Relevant experience in customer service, with a strong understanding of how to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively
- Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Willingness to learn and master our platforms and AI tools, with a reporting mindset to spot opportunities for improvement
- Essential Equipment: Access to necessary tools, including a large screen (1920x1080 resolution minimum) or two screens, a headset, and a stable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with AI-powered tools and technologies
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
