About the Role

In this critical position, you will become a trusted advisor to our top customers, helping them understand and incorporate AI accelerators into their overall cloud strategy. You will play a key role in identifying and assessing large-scale AI opportunities that could benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure. By working closely with internal Cloud AI teams, you will help eliminate roadblocks and shape the future of our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a trusted guide to our top customers, helping them understand and incorporate AI accelerators into their overall cloud strategy through recommending migration paths, integration techniques, and application architectures that incorporate arenaflex Cloud AI optimized infrastructure
• Demonstrate how arenaflex Cloud is differentiated, highlighting the power of accelerators by working with clients on proof-of-concepts, demonstrating features, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking
• Build repeatable assets to enable other customers and internal teams
• Influence arenaflex Cloud strategy at the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for corporate customer requirements
• Travel to customer sites and events as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer technology, mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure
• Experience building and operationalizing machine learning models
• Experience delivering technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions that are aligned with the customer with defined scope and success criteria

Desired Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:

• Experience training and fine-tuning large models (e.g., image, language, segmentation, recommendation, genomics) with accelerators
• Experience running MLPerf benchmarks
• Experience with performance profiling tools (e.g., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard)
• Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance versus costs
• Designing/architecting large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases
• Ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The USA-based salary range for this full-time role is $125,000 - $250,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. In the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
