As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the migration of our clients to a new application, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent customer experience. **Job Summary:**

As an Application Administrator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing entry-level application administration tasks, including data entry, customer support, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials, ensuring a smooth transition to our new application. Your excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (u003E40 wpm), and proficiency in Word and Excel will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform data entry tasks, including building organizations and users in our new application
* Provide excellent customer support to end-users, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Troubleshoot issues and escalate to senior team members as needed
* Collaborate with the development team to ensure a seamless transition to the new application
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (u003E40 wpm)
* Proficient in Word and Excel
* Excellent command of the English language (bilingual, English and Spanish, a plus)
* Customer service experience, preferably in a helpdesk or support role
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience
* Experience working with end-users and providing technical support
* Familiarity with application administration and data entry tasks
* Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
