We're now seeking an experienced entry-level Application Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Beacon-to-Link migration project, you'll play a vital role in supporting the divisions by providing exceptional customer service and data entry support. If you're a fast and accurate typist with excellent command of the English language, and proficient in Word and Excel, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform entry-level application administration tasks, including data entry, organization setup, and user credential management
* Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
* Work closely with the development team to build and migrate organizations and users in Link
* Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the new application
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless transition of clients to the new application

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (u003E40 wpm)
* Excellent command of the English language (bilingual in English and Spanish a plus)
* Proficient in Word and Excel
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and customer service skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience a plus
* Experience working with end-users and providing technical support
* Familiarity with application administration and data entry processes
* Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
