**Key Responsibilities:**

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Entering data into our CRM system with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications:**
