**Available Positions**

We have multiple openings for Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives, with opportunities to work in various roles, including:

* Enrollment Advisors: Help employees and members of different groups select and enroll in their predetermined benefits. No prior experience is necessary, but if you have experience in a people-focused industry, you're likely to excel!
* Customer Service Representatives: Communicate and resolve customer concerns and maintain existing relationships through excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to:

* Engage with new members and guide them through the benefits enrollment process
* Customize benefits plans for clients
* Foster relationships with existing and new clients
* Perform administrative duties as needed
