**Responsibilities**

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Engaging with customers to provide information and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers in both English and Spanish languages, leveraging your language skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality data management and analysis

**Key Skills & Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers in English and Spanish
* Proficient data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
* Familiarity with upselling techniques is advantageous, but we're happy to provide training and support
