**Responsibilities**
As an Entry Level Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges to ensure customer satisfaction
* Preparing for customers by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and attending daily sales meetings
* Engaging in the sales process with each customer from start to finish, ensuring a clear and efficient close on the sale and increasing company profit margins
* Professionally representing our clients and driving increased awareness through superior customer interaction
* Developing effective sales strategies to improve consumer education and increase sales margins
* Educating consumers on how our services can improve their communication with friends and family

**Requirements**
