**Responsibilities**
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our digital databases. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Data Entry and Management**: Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy.
* **Data Verification and Correction**: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output to ensure data integrity.
* **Research and Data Retrieval**: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure data accuracy.
* **Report Generation and Storage**: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security.
* **Document Scanning and Printing**: Scanning documents and printing files, when needed, to support data entry and management processes.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
