**Job Summary**
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our research projects by collecting and entering data, conducting online surveys, and participating in focus groups. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collect and enter data from various sources, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing
* Conduct online surveys and participate in focus groups to gather valuable insights
* Use Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and manage data
* Communicate effectively with research participants and study moderators
* Meet productivity and quality standards for data entry and research participation
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
* Current USA resident
* Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus for additional opportunities)
* Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel helpful but not mandatory
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support
* Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Experience with online surveys, focus groups, and product testing
* Familiarity with research software and tools
**Pay and Benefits**
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
* Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
