**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
* At least 18 years old with authorization to work in the US
* Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and night shifts
* Strong computer skills and comfort with navigating online platforms, email, and web searches
* Dedicated high-speed internet with connection rates of 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download
* Clear, concise, and respectful verbal and written communication skills
