**Key Responsibilities:**

As an Evening Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Engaging with customers through live chat on various websites and social media platforms
* Addressing customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, and offering links to purchases and discounts
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing feedback to improve processes and procedures

**Compensation and Contract:**
