**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Filing and Data Entry Professional, you'll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. You'll be responsible for reviewing daily sales reports, calculating employee timecards, maintaining accurate records, and performing various administrative tasks. **Key Responsibilities**

* Review daily sales reports from gas stations and calculate employee timecards weekly
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, including new hire paperwork and benefits information
* Perform data entry tasks, including daily sales data and other administrative records
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from store managers and other stakeholders
* Run background checks and I-9 verifications for new hires
* Print and review new employee hiring forms received from store managers
* Follow up with store managers for missing or incomplete forms
* File new employee forms into employee files and refile original documents as needed
* Review and print invoices, and submit vendor applications as required
* Calculate employee timecards and print timecard verifications for employees to sign

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1 year of experience in clerical or filing, preferably in an office setting
* 1 year of experience with computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with data entry software and other administrative tools
* Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including benefits administration and compliance
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

* Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other administrative software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Compensation and Benefits**

As an Experienced Filing and Data Entry Professional, you'll receive a competitive salary of $16.00 per hour, plus a range of benefits, including:

**Schedule**
