Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Flight Scheduling Assistant to coordinate flight arrangements and ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients. As a Flight Scheduling Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for clients regarding flight inquiries, reservations, and itinerary updates. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding flight inquiries, reservations, and itinerary updates, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinate flight bookings, including researching flight options, securing reservations, and confirming details with clients, to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Assist clients with scheduling flights, making changes to existing bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise, in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients regarding flight options, routes, and travel preferences, to enhance their travel experience.
- Liaise with airlines and other travel partners to ensure accurate and up-to-date flight information for clients, and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Address any flight-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain organized records of flight bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience, through effective communication and teamwork.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Previous experience in flight scheduling, travel coordination, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the travel industry and flight operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, and to work effectively with airlines and other travel partners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, and to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Proficiency in using office software and online reservation platforms, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
