Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Freelance Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. As a fluent German speaker with a passion for providing top-notch customer service, you will be responsible for managing all communication with our SEO clients and overseeing the implementation of their SEO campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for our SEO clients, providing timely and effective support to resolve their concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
- Represent arenaflex and our SEO product with excellence, demonstrating a deep understanding of our services and their benefits.
- Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
- Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
What We Expect from You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Fluent spoken and written German skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English skills, for internal communication purposes.
- Proficiency in using standard Google tools, including Drive, Sheets, and Docs.
- Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas.
- Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards.
- Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied.
Working Hours and Arrangements
This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. Your working hours will be 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday, with no work on weekends or holidays. As a freelance contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own time and working independently.
