Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for coordinating business operations, managing data entry, and providing customer insights to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate business operations, including data entry, customer insights, and business analytics
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, clients, and vendors
  • Provide data-driven insights to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage and analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business operations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, data analytics, or computer science
  • At least 6 years of experience in a related field, or 9 years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry, data analysis, and business operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • A master's degree in a related field, such as business administration or data science
  • Experience with advanced coding languages, such as SAS, SQL, or C++
  • Experience with data management systems, such as Salesforce or SharePoint
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Business Objects or Cognos
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
  • Experience with data extraction, data mining, and data profiling
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling
