**Key Responsibilities**

As a Full-Time A.I. Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- **Research and Recommendation**: Conduct thorough research to identify suitable AI tools and integrations that meet our clients' needs, and recommend the most effective solutions.
- **AI Chatbot and Virtual Agent Development**: Design, develop, and integrate AI chatbots and virtual agents that provide seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- **Automation Solutions**: Implement AI-driven automation solutions for website processes, ensuring efficient and streamlined operations.
- **Integration and Support**: Ensure seamless integration with existing systems, provide ongoing support and maintenance, and work closely with our internal team to align deliverables with business goals.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate with our internal team to ensure successful project delivery, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and progress.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- **Proven Experience with AI Tools**: A proven track record of working with AI tools, APIs, chatbots, and virtual agents, including experience with OpenAI, Dialogflow, GPT-based agents, and other relevant technologies.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong technical knowledge of web integrations and APIs, with experience working with websites (WordPress, Shopify, or custom-built sites preferred).
- **Independence and Ownership**: Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Preferred Skills**

While not required, the following skills are highly desirable:

- **Customer Support Automation**: Previous experience working in customer support automation, with a focus on AI-driven solutions.
