**Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analysis Manager to join our arenaflex AppleCare Support team. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer experiences, and optimizing operational efficiency through data-driven insights. You'll lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve the performance of our global contact center support business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve the performance of our global contact center support business
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and optimize operational efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business outcomes
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with timely and actionable insights
* Communicate complex data insights to senior leaders and stakeholders through clear and concise storytelling
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data science

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
* Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or master's degree in a related field (MS)
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field
* Proven experience with SQL and Tableau
* Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with Python or R programming languages
* Experience with Apple's products and services a plus

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or D3.js
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
* Experience with agile project management methodologies
* Certification in business analysis or data science (e.g. CBAP, CCBA, Certified Data Scientist)
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
