**Job Summary**

We're seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and process improvement. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups to develop and maintain data pipelines, create business intelligence reports, and drive data-driven decision-making. **Key Responsibilities**

* Design and implement data management cycles, including accessing raw data feeds, building queries and macros, composing VBA code, coordinating data, and planning reports that provide real-time representation of business performance.
* Recovering and investigating large datasets using Excel, SQL, and other data management frameworks.
* Developing and implementing reporting solutions to empower stakeholders to manage the business and make informed decisions.
* Taking ownership of processes to ensure that each report is accurate and ideal with a high level of client focus in resolving data errors.
* Assembling and managing related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes.
* Reviewing existing metrics, building new metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvement.
* Supporting cross-functional teams on the daily execution of existing program performance.
* Creating complex queries to drill deep into process issues
* Enhancing to improve client experience

**Essential Capabilities**

* 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business intelligence.
* 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or computer science.
* Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
* Experience with Excel, SQL, and other data management frameworks.
* Experience creating business proposals and influencing stakeholders.
* Experience with QuickSight dashboard and visual creation.

**Preferred Capabilities**

* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
* Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Strategy.
* Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
* Familiarity with a programming language like Python or R.
* Experience with at least one of the statistical modeling languages/toolset.
