**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to join our AppleCare Support team. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for driving business outcomes through data analysis, process improvement, and strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and drive business growth through process optimization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead a team of analysts in driving business outcomes through data analysis, process improvement, and strategic decision-making
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to address them
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to support business decision-making
* Communicate complex analytics insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and process improvement
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
* Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
* 3+ years of experience in business analytics, process improvement, or related field
* Proven experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with Python programming language (desired)
* Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations and processes
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working with Apple products and services (desired)
* Experience with data science tools and techniques (e.g., machine learning, predictive modeling)
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion
* Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks (desired)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
