**Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our data-driven initiatives and drive business growth for arenaflex AppleCare Support. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data analytics strategies, driving business insights, and optimizing operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to develop and implement data analytics strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
* Develop and maintain complex data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and identify business insights
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement data-driven initiatives
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate business insights and drive decision-making
* Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to optimize operational efficiency
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and customers

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field
* Master's degree in business administration, data science, or related field (preferred)
* 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
* Proven experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong understanding of statistical techniques, data modeling, and machine learning algorithms
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven insights to drive business growth

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working with Apple products and services
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
* Certification in data science, business intelligence, or related field (e.g. Certified Data Scientist, Certified Business Intelligence Analyst)
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
