**Key Responsibilities**

As a Chat Operator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in representing our clients and providing exceptional online experiences for customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Engaging in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and providing support in a timely and professional manner
* Representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, building trust and rapport with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
* Utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to turn conversations into leads and deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, sharing best practices and insights to continuously improve our services
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

* Reside within the state of Oklahoma
* Own a computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting our technical requirements (8 GB of RAM, 64bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core i3 equivalent or higher)
* Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable internet connection
* Be available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between 11am-7:30pm EDT
* Typing speed of at least 35 WPM (40+ WPM preferred)
* Gaming experience is a plus, but not required
