**Key Responsibilities**

As a Chat Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat, email, and phone interactions. Your primary duties will include:

* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
* Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
* Promoting interest in client products and services
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* **Experience**: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or client-facing environment
* **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* **Technical**: Proficiency in using technology, including live chat platforms, email, and phone systems
* **Independence**: Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being a team player
* **Problem-solving**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently
* **Adaptability**: Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
* **Language**: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

**Preferred Qualifications**
