**Responsibilities**

As a Chat Support Specialist, your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through live chat
* Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution
* Documenting all customer interactions in the appropriate systems

**Requirements**
