**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **5 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer or equivalent**: Proven track record of leading business growth, financial management, and operational excellence.
* **Experience in income improvement**: Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
* **Experience with yearly outer financial review techniques**: Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
* **Depth of experience in overseeing teams**: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business results.
* **5 years of public speaking experience**: Strong communication and presentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

* **BS/BA in Business Administration or related field**: Master's degree or MBA preferred.
