**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Remote 4-Day Weekend Shift Customer Care team. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, live chat, and email. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, live chat, and email, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Availability to work a 4-day weekend schedule, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
