**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Customer Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing and executing short, mid, and long-term growth strategies for the Amazon Protein partnership
* Collaborating with Protein leadership to align sales forecasts and ensure adequate brand support
* Leading negotiations and discussions with customers to drive long-term strategic growth
* Utilizing data and insights to inform merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies
* Overseeing relationships with content development and media agencies to optimize creative content
**What is Required (Qualifications)**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a P&L or Digital Commerce business
* Previous sales experience managing customer/retailer relationships, preferably with Amazon
* Strong business judgment and decision-making skills with proven P&L management experience
* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage at all levels
* Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities
