**The Role**

As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator – Digital Operations, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Utilizing advanced technology to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

**Requirements**

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
* At least 1 year of Google Suite or Microsoft Office experience
* Ability to work from home with a secure and reliable internet connection
* Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications**

* At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
* At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
* Experience with advanced technology and software systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field

**Work From Home Technology Requirements**

* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
* Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
* A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
* Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
* Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
* ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
