**Job Overview**

We're seeking experienced Customer Service / Insurance Agents to build relationships with clients, present tailored life insurance solutions, and provide policy support. **Responsibilities**

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend insurance products
• Educate clients on policy options, underwriting, and benefits
• Assist with basic policy servicing, such as endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary changes
• Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training sessions
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

• Achieve a minimum of 50% conversion rate on sales calls
• Maintain a client satisfaction rating of 90% or higher
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Participate in regular training sessions and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and development

**Qualifications**

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check
• Active life insurance license preferred (or willing to obtain – we provide guidance!)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment
• Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in CRM tools, video conferencing, and digital communication

**Preferred Experience**

• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service
• Familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools
• Proven track record of success in a commission-based sales environment
