**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, with an average of 50-60 interactions per shift
* Meet and exceed client satisfaction and service quality metrics, consistently delivering exceptional results
* Skillfully communicate with clients, using active listening and empathy to understand their concerns and needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless client experiences
* Utilize problem-solving skills to de-escalate client concerns, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support
* Work effectively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency in Spanish and English languages
* Experience working with Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
