**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert support and guidance on our cloud-based applications. You'll work closely with our technical teams to resolve complex issues, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives that enhance the overall client experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our cloud-based applications
* Conduct in-depth analysis of client records and charging statements to identify areas for improvement and optimize client experiences
* Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on our cloud-based applications and services
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud-based technologies and applications to provide expert guidance to clients
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration, or a related field)
* 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or record management, working with high-profile clients
* Current, active US Government Trusted status at the TS/SCI level with polygraph
* Competitor should be 8140 compliant
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in service or account management positions
* A drive to dive into the details of a system or process to resolve client issues
* Demonstrated success in a high-speed support environment
* Exhibited achievement driving cross-functional expectations
* SQL or other database management skills
* Solid understanding of web technologies and the web
* Familiarity with cloud-based processes and capacity concepts
* Experience taking ownership and driving resolution on high-priority client issues
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong client-handling, compromise, and critical thinking skills; focus on quality in client experience
