**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to individuals seeking health insurance through our platform. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide personalized solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
* Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and troubleshoot issues
* Enter application data accurately and efficiently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
* Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 35 mb/s and a hard-wired ethernet connection
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
* Familiarity with health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or related industries
* Experience with CRM systems and practices
* Spanish bilingual skills, a plus
