**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through:

* Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
* Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
* Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
* Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
* Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
* Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
* Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities
* Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
* Comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, a plus

**Preferred Experience**

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is highly valued. Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, and CRM systems is also a plus.

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Hourly rate: $15.00 - $16.50, with performance incentives
* Spanish Bilingual: $17.00/hr, with performance incentives
