**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy
* Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues efficiently
* Entering application data accurately and efficiently
* Responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and helpful manner
* Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance
* Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates
* Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services
* Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
* A high level of comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
* A minimum of 18 years of age, with a valid background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
* A personal device with a functioning camera, required for the Training Period
* A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with an ethernet connection, with cable/fiber broadband internet access
* A hard-wired ethernet connection, with a dedicated internet service provider (not compatible with mobile internet service providers or satellite)

**Preferred Experience**

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be beneficial. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also a plus.
