**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering calls, listening to customer concerns, and addressing these concerns in a polite, methodical, and empathetic manner
* Resolving customer issues and answering questions about insurance, products, or services
* Scheduling appointments and gathering information from patients and providers
* Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
* Keeping records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
* Adapting your attitude and conversation to different personality types
* Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* At least 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Active listening skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
* A patient and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Strong typing skills, with the ability to type notes into our system while talking on the phone
* A reliable internet connection and a Personal Computer with Windows 10/11 and at least 8 GB of memory
