**Key Responsibilities**

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
* Collaborating with internal teams, including purchasing, sales, and logistics
* Processing and tracking orders, shipments, and inventory
