**Responsibilities**

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in the most challenging situations.
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, chat, or social media.
* Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Knowing our products and services inside and out, so you can answer questions and provide expert advice.
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using our CRM system.
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer service.
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
* Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, guiding and mentoring them to achieve their full potential.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support, every time.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
* The ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset, and to respond with empathy and professionalism.
* Comfort and experience using computers, including CRM systems, email, and chat software.
* Experience working with customer support, either in a call center or retail environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
