**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to our high-profile clientele through various channels, including phone, chat, and email
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to fulfill customer requests, including but not limited to dining reservations, ticket purchases, and flower requests
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations
* Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service delivery

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 2 years of customer service experience required
* 1 year of Call Center experience required
* Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred
* Strong ability to communicate and write in a polished, educated, and professional manner
* Internet savvy and proficient in navigating multiple systems simultaneously
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business, communications)
* Experience working with high-profile clients or in a luxury service environment
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Fluency in multiple languages

* Starting at $18.00/hr with the potential to earn a monthly bonus
* $2.00/hr shift differential for all hours worked after 7pm ET
* Full-time (up to 40 hrs a week), 8-hour shifts, Permanent
