**Job Description**

As a full stack customer service representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing superior customer experiences to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service on calls to consumer card members, resolving queries and following established procedures as appropriate
* Offering personalized solutions and follow-up service to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers
* Developing a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, leveraging this insight to provide tailored benefits and products that meet their expectations
* Delivering high-quality service metrics that meet or exceed goals, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending changes to workflows, procedures, and service levels
* Adhering to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, demonstrating a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Previous customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
* Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* A customer-focused approach, with a proven ability to solve customer issues and address service situations effectively
* Demonstrated dependability and self-motivating skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
* A working understanding of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

**Preferred Qualifications**
