**Key Responsibilities**

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary objectives will be to:

* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or healthcare)
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or call center environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams effectively
* Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* 1.5+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by state as conceded by the State board for Pharmacy or broadly perceived confirmation office
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
