**Job Summary:**

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with hundreds of customers each week to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leveraging your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and sales acumen to drive results. **Responsibilities:**

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry, order processing, and customer updates
* Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer experiences, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Explain and position products and processes with customers, ensuring they understand the value proposition and benefits
* Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing churn
* Ensure first-call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling, minimizing the need for follow-up interactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, leveraging expertise and resources to drive successful outcomes
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Qualifications:**

* Must be 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating system
* Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
* Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues, with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction
* Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation, with a customer-centric approach
* Must be customer service-oriented, with a strong focus on empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness
* Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
* Strong team orientation and customer focus, with a commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement
