**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Agent – E-commerce Live Chat Support, you will be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers in making informed decisions, resolving issues, and answering questions related to our clients' products and services
* Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs and concerns
* Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our proprietary software to track and analyze customer behavior
* Staying up-to-date with product and service information, including new releases, updates, and promotions
* Following up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
* Collaborating with our support team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving our customer support services
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer support, e-commerce, and related areas

**Contract Length and Pay Rate**

This is a full-time remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere in the United States. The pay rate for this position is between $25-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We value our employees and strive to offer competitive pay rates to ensure their satisfaction.

**Skills and Background Needed**

To qualify for this position, you must have:

* A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
* The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
* A reliable internet connection
* Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week
