**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our customer experience team and ensure that our clients receive exceptional support and service. As a Customer Support Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* Acting as a reference point for our clients in all their interactions with arenaflex
* Working with multiple internal tools and software to monitor, organize, and resolve customer requests
* Collecting customer feedback, producing reports, and sharing them with relevant team members
* Interacting with multiple stakeholders, including external customers and internal teams such as software engineers, product managers, designers, and salespeople

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

**Requirements**
