**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling customer queries on web chat, email, and social media in a polite, professional, and timely manner
* Educating current and potential customers about our products and services, and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions
* Maintaining accurate customer records, including updating customer information and resolving customer complaints
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team in a timely and efficient manner
* Actively participating in team meetings to stay informed about company updates, share best practices, and collaborate with colleagues
**Key Performance Indicators**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
* Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
* Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, providing suitable and satisfactory solutions that meet their needs

* Escalate any issues to the Team Leader, ensuring that problems are resolved promptly and efficiently
* Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives, including resolving customer complaints and improving customer satisfaction
* Adhere strictly to shift schedules, ensuring that you're available to support customers during peak hours
* Adhere to laid-down internal policies, procedures, and processes, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:
* A Bachelor's degree from any stream (if a fresher) or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (if experienced)
* A passion for customer care and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Good typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
* Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
* The ability to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
