**What You'll Do**

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and explain order requests
* Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for customers and center partners, and following up as needed to resolve issues
* Completing accurate and timely data entry into arenaflex's healthcare software
* Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
* Working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to customers and partners alike
* Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being open to feedback and continuous improvement
* Communicating with veterinary facilities via phone and other channels, using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
* Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/customer phone contacts

**What You'll Need**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
* Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
* A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
* Strong decision-making skills
* Ability to perform multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and adjust your schedule as needed
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Ability to pass a background check
* A strong desire to learn and grow, and a willingness to take on new challenges
