**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Collaborating with customers to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support experiences
* Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues on our platform
* Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
* Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Providing feedback and insights to leadership on process improvements and efficiency gains
* Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**What You'll Bring:**

* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business, communications)
* 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or IT environment
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and leadership
* Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript)
* Familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
