**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Collaborating with customers to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support experiences
* Investigating customer requests and providing timely, accurate, and helpful responses
* Developing a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, both technically and from a customer use-case perspective
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services, driving business growth and revenue
* Working closely with leadership to identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with peer colleagues across various departments to increase customer engagement and retention
* Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest arenaflex products and services

**What You Bring:**

* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to customer satisfaction
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* A strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript
* Experience working with various customer support platforms, including Zendesk, Freshdesk, and ServiceNow
* A proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through upselling and cross-selling
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes

**What You Will Do:**

* Collaborate with customers to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support experiences
* Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, both technically and from a customer use-case perspective

**How You Will Be Evaluated:**

* Ticket Goal + Case Volume
* Customer satisfaction and quality of customer communications
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth and revenue

**What Experience You Should Have:**

* 2 years of experience providing SaaS customer support to organizations with complex models
* Proven experience working with various customer support platforms, including Zendesk, Freshdesk, and ServiceNow
* Experience constructing best practices for help quality and efficiency, possibly from having worked as an SME, Mentor, or Leader
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth and revenue
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
