**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Nashville, USA. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
* Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data visualization tools
* Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
* Mentor and guide less experienced team members
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or operations research
* Five (5) years of work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* Proficiency in data analysis software and applications, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with SAFE Spry, Alteryx, Python, R, or other data analysis tools
* Knowledge of data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics

* Certification in data analysis or a related field
