**Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our business intelligence and analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop actionable insights that inform business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and develop data models, databases, and data visualizations to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define data needs, and develop data-driven solutions
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence
* Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and expertise

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data visualization principles
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data analysis tools and technologies such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience with SAFE Spry, TSQL/PLSQL, or other data analysis tools and technologies
* Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data quality checks
* Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js
* Certification in data science, business intelligence, or a related field
