**Job Summary**

As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various information indexes used for data/text mining, and analysis. You will gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources. With moderate supervision, you will create plans from initial concept to production, communicate results to a wide range of audiences, and utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the management team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various information indexes used for data/text mining, and analysis
* Gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources
* Create plans from initial concept to production, including data visualization and reporting
* Communicate results to a wide range of audiences, including senior management and cross-functional teams
* Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the management team
* Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making
* Guide less experienced staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
* Present to senior management and other stakeholders as needed

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline such as science, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance
* Five (5) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business analysis, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
* Proficient in analysis software and applications
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry
* Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
